Returns

All placed orders or quotation that are accepted must be cancelled or amended per writing with Branch Manager at albert@elecmec.co.za

Please take note of the following

  • No return will be accepted without proof of purchase.
  • All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING without damages.
  • No cash refunds.
  • All warranty claims will be tested first.
  • Test/handling and/or re-stocking fees will apply.
  • No returns on globes or lamps.
  • Please take note of any special requirements, maintenance instructions or voltage requirements of products.
  • Specially manufactured goods cannot be accepted back for credit.
  • No cut cable, wire or belt can be received back for credit.
  • No cable will be cut without proof of payment or approved written order, no exemptions.
  • Order place at suppliers can not be cancelled, once in process.
